Welcome to the stand registration tool. In the following you will be guided step by step through the entry process.

1. Desired stand data

Please start by entering the desired stand dimensions or, alternatively, the desired amount of floorspace. We will endeavour to comply with these as far as possible. Please note that the specific hall plan may result in discrepancies. As a result, please be aware that the information you provide does not constitute a set of conditions in the legal sense.

The minimum stand size is 12 sqm with a minimum depth of 3 m with Row- and Corner stands.

We organise our stand construction individually/independently.

Non-commercial exhibitor

We book the package Economy for 35.00€/sqm

It includes:
- Stand construction from classic white exhibition walls (size (HxWxD): 2,50m x 1,00m x 0,028m)
- White stand panel (unlabelled, width: 25 cm, length: varies depending on stand size)
- Support (if necessary, depending on the standard)
- Ribbed carpet (different colours available; Without an explicit specification, the colour anthracite is used.)

The price per m² for the stand construction packages is exclusive of the participation fee, AUMA contribution, marketing package and VAT. Please order any additional furniture and services via the Online Service Centre (login details will be sent out approximately 3 months before the start of the trade fair). We reserve the right to make minor changes to the stand construction materials and fittings.

Marketing Package

Marketing Package (see Special Conditions of Participation, item 6) : 95.00 EUR, plus VAT (Early Bird, until 31.05.2026) or 145,00 EUR (from 01.06.2026) plus VAT.
The package includes listings (company name, address and contact information) in the respective directories offered by the specific exhibition.

The conditions of participation can be read at the end of this order process.

The prices are plus the AUMA fee of 0.60 EUR per sqm of stand space and the applicable German VAT. An advance payment for ancillary costs will be charged. This is due with the participation invoice and will be offset against the actual incidental costs after the event.

If you register co-exhibitors, the marketing package of 95.00 EUR (Early bird price until 13.05.2026; from 01.06.2026: 145.00 EUR) and a co-exhibitor fee of 180.00 EUR (Early bird price until May 31, 2026; from June 1, 2026: 195.00 EUR) will be charged per co-exhibitor.
