Welcome to the stand registration tool for JAGD & HUND 2027. Below you will be guided step by step through the input process.

1. Desired stand data

Please start by entering the desired stand dimensions or, alternatively, the desired amount of floorspace. We will endeavour to comply with these as far as possible. Please note that the specific hall plan may result in discrepancies. As a result, please be aware that the information you provide does not constitute a set of conditions in the legal sense.

The minimum stand size is 12 sqm with a minimum depth of 3 m with Row- and Corner stands.

Stand packages
A late fee will be charged from 3 weeks before the start of the event. *

We organise our stand construction individually/independently.

We book the package Economy for 35.00€/sqm

It includes:
- Stand construction from classic white exhibition walls (size (HxWxD): 2,50m x 1,00m x 0,028m)
- White stand panel (unlabelled, width: 25 cm, length: varies depending on stand size)
- Support (if necessary, depending on the standard)
- Ribbed carpet (different colours available; Without an explicit specification, the colour anthracite is used.)

We book the package Visible for 89.00€/sqm

It includes:
- Stand construction from high-quality white system walls (size (HxWxD): 2,50m x 1,00m x 0,028m)
- Cabin 1 m × 1 m (incl. lockable system door)
- 2 system tower attachments (1 m high)
- 2 graphic prints* for tower front (960 mm × 900 mm each ; *The graphics must be available in a suitable format up to 6 weeks before the start of the event.)
- 2 projectors
- Ribbed carpet (different colours available. Without an explicit specification, the colour anthracite is used.)
- 3 kW power connection, incl. consumption
- 1 Multiple socket outlet

funiture Add-Ons
A late fee will be charged from 3 weeks before the start of the event.

	We book the funiture package 1 for 121.00 €/Piece Fitted with: - 1 model table (height: 73 cm, diameter: 60 cm) - 3 white wooden chairs (not upholstered), ideal for presentations and meetings.
	We book the funiture package 5 for 117.00 €/Piece Fitted with: - 1 table with white top (width: 70 cm, depth: 70 cm, height: 70 cm) - 4 upholstered chairs (without backrest (width: 49 cm, depth: 57 cm, height: 80 cm, seat height: 46 cm))

We book:

	We hereby order the media package "Goodie Bag" at 250.- Euro.
	We hereby order the media package "Newsletter" at 1,950.- Euro.
	We hereby order the media package "Website" at 2,450.- Euro.

Marketing Package:

Marketing-Package (mandatory, see special conditions of participation, point 6): EUR 350,00 plus VAT.
The package includes listings (company name, address and contact information) in the respective directories offered by the specific exhibition.

The conditions of participation can be read at the end of this registration process.

The prices are plus the AUMA fee of EUR 0.60 per sqm of stand space and the applicable German VAT. The waste disposal fee is EUR 2.00 per sqm plus VAT. An advance payment for ancillary costs will be charged. This is due with the participation invoice and will be offset against the actual incidental costs after the event.
