Welcome to the stand registration tool for INTERMODELLBAU 2026. Below you will be guided step by step through the input process.

1. Desired stand data

Please start by entering the desired stand dimensions or, alternatively, the desired amount of floorspace. We will endeavour to comply with these as far as possible. Please note that the specific hall plan may result in discrepancies. As a result, please be aware that the information you provide does not constitute a set of conditions in the legal sense.

Please also note that the stand boundaries must be strictly complied with. The installation and the presentation of exhibits and any decorative items in the aisles and in front of emergency exits are prohibited. We therefore ask you to check your space requirement.

The minimum size of a stand is 12 sqm with a minimum depth of 3 m in case of row and corner stands. The open sides of a stand have nothing to do with the position in the hall or at a crossroads.

The exhibitor is obliged to install 2.5m high partition walls if a modular stand is not constructed. Exhibitors who do not use a prefabricated stand are able to rent a ready-to-use-shell sheme stand or can order with costs stand walls by the online service center. We expressly point out that the design and construction of your stand must meet the requirements for an attractive trade fair participation. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the following trade fair.

We book the package Economy for 35.00€/sqm
The "Economy" stand construction package offers a simple and efficient solution for a successful trade fair presence for your company and the ideal place for successful customer meetings.

It includes: Stand construction from classic white exhibition walls, White stand panel (unlabelled), Support (if necessary, depending on the standard), Ribbed carpet (different colours available; Without an explicit specification, the colour anthracite is used.)

We book the package Economy Power & Print for 52.00€/sqm
The "Economy Power & Print" stand construction package offers a simple and efficient solution for a successful trade fair presence for your company and the ideal place for successful customer meetings. It features neutral white walls, a blank panel and a sustainable ribbed carpet. It also includes a 3 kW power connection plus power consumption.

We organise our stand construction individually/independently.

Funiture Add-Ons

	We book the furniture package 1 for 121.00 €/Piece This package contains a model table and three white wooden chairs, ideal for presentations and meetings. The model table offers sufficient space for exhibits, while the chairs ensure comfortable seating for your visitors. Fitted with: 1 model table (height: 73 cm, diameter: 60 cm), 3 wooden chairs, white, not upholstered.
	We book the furniture package 5 for 117.00 €/Piece This package includes a table (70x70 cm) and four upholstered chairs, perfect for formal meetings or round table discussions. The compact table provides ample space, while the upholstered chairs offer additional comfort. Fitted with: 1 table with white top (width: 70 cm, depth: 70 cm, height: 70 cm), 4 upholstered chairs, without backrest (width: 49 cm, depth: 57 cm, height: 80 cm, seat height: 46 cm)
	We book the furniture package 6 for 200.00 €/Piece Equipped with a Syma information counter M2, a Z bar stool and a brochure stand, this package is ideal for information stands and reception areas. The information counter provides a central contact point, the bar stool ensures comfort and the brochure stand keeps information material to hand. Fitted with: 1 Syma information counter model 2 (width: 104 cm, depth: 55.5 cm, height: 105 cm), 1 Z bar stool (seat height: 80 cm, diameter 33 cm), 1 brochure stand, small (width: 38 cm, depth: 31 cm, height: 140 cm)

Marketing Package

Marketing Package (see Special Conditions of Participation, item 6) : EUR 155.00, plus VAT.
The conditions of participation can be read at the end of this order process.

The prices quoted are subject to EUR 0.60/sqm stand area AUMA contribution fee, the waste disposal fee of EUR 2.00 per square metre and to VAT at valid rate. An advance payment for ancillary costs will be charged. This is due with the participation invoice and will be offset against the actual incidental costs after the event.
