Welcome to the stand registration tool. In the following you will be guided step by step through the entry process.

1. Desired stand data

Let us know your wishes. We will try to take them into account as far as feasible for us but at the same time ask for your understanding that changes to the layout might occur. We therefore point out that the information you provide may specifically not be a contractual condition.

Please also note that the stand boundaries must be strictly complied with. The installation and the presentation of exhibits and any decorative items in the aisles and in front of emergency exits are forbidden. We therefore ask you to check your space requirement.

The minimum size of a stand package is 12 m² with a minimum depth of 3 m for row and corner stands. The free sides of a stand have nothing to do with the position in the hall or at a crossroads.

Exhibitors who are not building a modular stand have to equip their stand with a blind. The exhibitor is obliged to install 2.5m high partition walls if a modular stand is not constructed. Roll-Ups and poster displays may not be used as a stand perimeter. Partition walls that are not wall-papered must be wallpapered completely or covered by the exhibitor at his own costs. Installed rear walls must also be completely covered in the case of an installed system stand with its own walls.

A late fee will be charged from 3 weeks before the start of the event. *

We book the stand package Economy System Power & Print for 52.00 EUR/sqm in addition to the stand space

The “Economy System Power & Print” stand construction package provides your company with a high-quality and efficient solution for a successful trade
fair appearance, and the perfect location for fruitful customer discussions.
It features system walls, a system lattice support with printed label board and a sustainable ribbed carpet. It also includes a 3 kW power connection plus power
consumption.

*The price per square metre for the stand construction package is exclusive of the participation fee, AUMA membership fee, marketing package and VAT. Please order any additional furniture, equipment and services via the Online Service Centre (login details will be sent with your confirmation of participation). We reserve the right to make minor changes to the stand construction materials and fittings. It is not technically possible to apply film to the white walls.

We use a pre-fabricated stand with walls.

Marketing Package

Exhibitor Media Package (see Special Conditions of Participation, item 5) : EUR 225,00, plus VAT.
The conditions of participation can be read at the end of this order process.
The waste disposal fee is € 2,00 plus VAT per m² for the stand construction package and € 3,00 plus VAT per m² for individual construction (The fee is capped at 200 m² booth space).

The prices quoted are subject to EUR 0.60/sqm stand area AUMA contribution fee and to VAT at valid rate. An advance payment for ancillary costs will be charged. This is due with the participation invoice and will be offset against the actual additional costs after the event.
